I understand what it feels like to be overweight. I have been there.The only way to change the body you have now to the body you desire is to build lean muscle mass and to decrease your fat stores. You will become stronger, leaner and fitter. Together we will strategize ways to make small changes to your daily life that make a difference to your overall well being.

Losing weight and getting healthier is not just calories in and calories out. There are many factors in effect. We will disscuss how to improve upon your nutrtion as well as some of the emotional issues that is often associated with weight gain and loss.
