Strength training is the key to transforming your body. We will progressively increase the resistance to strengthen your muscle and surrounding connective tisssue. Muscle burns more calories and therefore contributes to a higher metabolism. The bottom line is that having muscle burns more calories and therefore contributes to a higher metabolism. If we are going to lose fat or maintain a loss, we want a higher metabolism. 

Not to worry ladies you will not "bulk up" as many believe they will. What you can expect is a lean more toned body that is stronger and fitter.  I will teach you how to perform exercises in the correct way ensuring you are safe, yet challenging your body to become stronger, leaner and fitter.
