7 rounds for time

12 Pull Ups/Lat Pull or row

10 Push Ups

8 Jump Squats

6 Kettle Bell swing

4 Burpees

200m Run

Sunday Funday Workout

8 minutes

20 Push Ups

20 Walking Lunges with heavy weight

How many rounds can you complete?

 

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps then repeat pyramid in reverse 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10

Kettle Bell Swings

Ball Slam

For Time

 

 

8 Minute How many rounds can you complete

 

6 cleans

15 Ab Mat

 

 1-2 Rounds of Tabatta Skipping

21-15-9

21 reps/15 reps/9 reps of all exercises

Burpee Tuck jumps

Pull Ups

Sit ups

Do all 3 exercises 21 then 15 times then 9 times...have fun work hard

45 sec Workout

45 sec Workout
1. Push Ups 
2. Bent over rows 
3. Squats 
4. Reverse lunge 
How many reps can you do in each 45sec set, record the number and try to beat it next time. How many rounds can you do in 40 mins?!
