I train out of a fully equipped private studio in South Surrey. The gym is not filled with machines and useless equipment. When you train with me you will be using your body how it was intended to move. A progressive and safe approach is my first priority to get you on the road to wellness. No matter your age, ability or fitness level I will set you up for success. Every session will be dynamic, it will be fun and it will be different every single time we meet! My role in your fitness is to challenge you. If you aren't being challenged you will not be changed. I will encourage you and keep you focused on your goals. I want to help you to realize your untapped potential.
I am not the typical trainer who has been fit and athletic all my life. I was very overweight, totally out of shape and hated my body for several years. But through lots of reading, and self education, I started to get back on track to leading a healthier lifestyle. I was able to drop about 40lbs on my own, through exercising and watching what I ate. But, I felt that I could be fitter and stronger but I needed some help. I decided that it was worth the risk of being vulnerable and to ask for help. I took the leap and hired a trainer. The experience did not meet my expectations and I was very disappointed to say the least. I thought to myself that, I could be the trainer I always wanted. A trainer that understands how many people feel about their bodies. I know what it feels like to avoid the reflection in mirrors, to wear loose fitting clothing and the heavy and weighed down feelings of being over weight. Over the course of 10 years I have helped many improve their fitness, health and wellness. It has been an honour and a privilege to be apart of my clients lives and I truly love what I do. If you are feeling overweight, unhealthy and need a change, I get it I was once there. I also know that there is another way of feeling and it is achievable. To feel healthy, alive and well! If I can do it I know you can to!
Working with me will maximize the time you do have in the best way possible. During the consultation we will discuss your goals and roadblocks you have experienced in the past. We will map out a progressive plan to get you to that goal. I understand we all lead very demanding lives and excercise is generally the first thing to get cut from the schedule. Having a goal, a plan and a focus is imparitive so you can avoid wasting your time. You will leave a session with me, knowing your time was well spent and you are closer to attaining your goals and the fitness you want. I will coach, listen and help you attain your goals in any way I can. I know the road to a healthier lifestyle isn't an easy one but it is well worth the effort. And YOU are worth it!

It is an holistic approach to improved nutrition, health and wellness, that takes into account your entire life, not just what you are eating. Do you feel tired, bloated, and unwell? Like you need a change but don’t know where to start? Are you completely confused with ALL the information out there on health and nutrition? That is where I come in! Together, we will work towards getting to the root cause of your health concerns. Let’s figure out why you are tired, bloated and feel unwell. It is probably connected to what you are eating and you don’t even know it! We will also look at your lifestyle, stress levels and family history. And together we can make attainable changes to get you on the path towards a healthy body and a healthy mind!
